"I am a proud gym owner in my city, for over 7 years. My husband owns another company so we run both businesses together," contó desde Texas, a QuePalo.com, ELIZABETH LONG, quien se graduó de Sul Ross State University, en Alpine, Texas, donde estudió Educación elemental, con concentración en Inglés.
La carrera de Fitness Model conlleva sus gastos recurrentes, de manera que pudiese ser onerosa para algunos
"As far as a career in fitness modeling and coaching, it can get pretty expensive being able to afford the food, supplements, coaching and gym memberships that go into keeping your body in the best shape possible. In my situation I own my gym so I don’t pay gym memberships, so that helps a little," aseguró Long, quien durante su adolescencia llegó practicar tenis y voleibol

Here in Puerto Rico we, as Latinos, are used to see many women with strong legs and big booties. I see, you, as well, are heavy equipped in the glutes and thighs. Tell us how have you developed such an athletic body frame ?
» ELIZABETH LONG »
"I have developed my body through many years of consistent heavy weight training. I’ve always had a full shapely butt, but I had smaller legs. My legs grew through consistent heavy weight training over the years as so did my booty. Heavy squats is an exercise that has played a huge role in achieving this look as well as training legs and booty twice a week."

Being 5’3 tall, do you have any advice for fitness women who thinks that being petite is a problem?
» ELIZABETH LONG »
"Being that I am only 5’ 3” my advice to other petite women would be, don’t be afraid to lift heavy weights, lifting heavy builds and sculpts your body into having strong beautiful curves in all the right places also “make sure to eat enough food to benefit your body and your health” I currently eat 5-6 meals a day and I’ve been doing so for the past 5 years."

What do you think about the surgery booty implants that many women pay for, instead of doing the proper exercise?
» ELIZABETH LONG »
"As far as the subject about booty implants and women getting them, I believe that everyone has the right to make their own decisions, I don’t have anything against that. In my opinion I prefer to have a muscular butt that matches my muscular legs".

» ELIZABETH LONG »
"My favorite woman athlete is the beautiful Brazilian fitness model & samba dancer, Gracyanne Barbosa. I’ve had the privilege of meeting her back in 2015 at the Olympia Expo in Las Vegas. She is not only beautiful and strong, she is also a very kind and caring person, just like myself.
